Apply lotion to clean, dry skin. Gently massage in upward, circular motions until fully absorbed. Use daily for best results, especially after bathing or showering.

Apply it immediately after a shower. Simply put a few drops in the palm of your hand, rub your hands together to warm the oil, and massage it into your warm, damp skin. You'll be left with skin that's deeply moisturized, with a healthy, radiant glow.
Body Spray:
Shake well. Hold 6–8 inches from body and spray onto pulse points (neck, wrists, behind ears). Let air dry. Reapply as desired.

I have had LMAO oils from another company and this formula smells very different despite the description being similar. This smells like B&BW sun ripened raspberry. The product is nice. I am just sad the smell is so different.
It could be a little bit stronger it does smell good but it don't last on the body that long.
